In the evolution of the Coronovirus pandemic, where it is still uncertain when travel restrictions will start to relax and what health measures will be taken to open up hotels will probably be gradual and it is logical that i will involve many changes and restrictions.

Booking and Reception Division
In the event of restrictions on completeness, hotels can already manage the reservation system and determine which rooms will not be used to meet the new rules on social distance. In this decision, account should also be taken of the restriction of the use of lifts.
In addition, the hotel will have to set up an intact credit card trading system in order to have the smallest possible contact with the customer.

Perhaps this is where the procedure for access to rooms and changing rooms should be introduced from the outset, so that social distances are maintained smoothly. The hotel can create distances, furniture distribution scenarios and set out the rules for using the shared toilets beforehand. Is it also important to decide whether access to the pool, where it exists, is to be made only with a reservation?
Spa Services, Gymnasiums
Strict distance and decontamination measures will be observed.
Parking and carriage of luggage
The carriage of baggage in rooms accessible from shared premises is a process which should be determined now. At the same time, the hotel must lay down the rules for car parking and disinfection if required.
Promotion and sales
Each hotel website will need to be informed of the precautions taken by the company to ensure as much as possible the health of the clients.
Monitoring will be carried out through ISO , HACCP systems with strict criteria.
Cleaning and hygiene of rooms
Last but not least, the process of cleaning rooms and shared spaces is the most important category. It would make it much easier for both staff and the business to create a check list of specific moves to be followed on a daily basis, and to record what is not permitted at this stage.
Should the rooms be disinfected and so they can’t be rented for a few days? And so how many rooms will the maid clean on the basis of the Directorate’s policy?
